Daimler Vanden Plas XJ40

My modern classic - my air conditioned and extremely comfortable Daimler XJ40 Vanden Plas in golden satin beige with supple magnolia leather seats, walnut trim and chocolate brown over-rugs. This motor car is exactly the same as the motor car used by Princess Dianna for her official royal engagements, other than hers was badged as a 'Jaguar' rather than a Daimler and was blue (Princess Dianna's actual car recently sold at auction to a specialist for over £12,000). The XJ40 was the first of the Jaguar production cars to be all computer controlled and was described as having a far superior ride to Rolls Royce and Bentley motor cars.

This car provides a fabulous and stylish ride for the passengers while cossetted in a leather and walnut interior - a great way to arrive at the place of ceremony, and with on-board champagne the bride and groom will believe they are 'gliding' all the way to their reception!
